In the country at the center of the world, the colors of our gastronomy are infinite.  Its geographical location is primed for cultivating the land.

You can find different types of fruits, vegetables and spices unique to the region. An average of 25,000 species of plants grow and thrive in Ecuador.

As a tribute to a country that is so rich and biodiverse in its flavors, we wanted to capture this reality using the same richness of color.






In partnership with recognized artists and chefs, we classified the organic ingredients from their origin, separating them by their color properties, to extract their characteristic pigments. With the help of these innovators, we created a colorimetry code for each pigment, and then we lent this color to our canvases, materializing a visual identity through artistic illustration.

In essence, we have created a a revolutionary way of capturing the art in the spaces where it intertwines with people’s lives: images of streets, restaurants, and bars. Social Media, Blog, Tv, Out of Home, among others.







Simultaneously, we developed a musical track based on the sounds produced by falling grains, the clink of kitchen utensils and instruments, combined with the rhythms of the Ecuadorian highlands, resulting in an immersive soundtrack that represents the Andean cosmovision. 

As a finishing touch to this color palette, we presented our signature dishes, intangible heritage of humanity, which can be savored at the brand’s partner restaurants.
